Triple-D Motosport Company changes
Dear All,
To all customers new and old please let us finally confirm and clarify the present situation and the future of Triple-D Motosport Limited, with recent changes within our business there have been many rumors generated and now we can finally confirm the position and put the record straight. In just over 4 years Triple-D Motosport has established itself as one of the biggest UK off-road dealers and also one of the most successful off-road racing teams in the UK. The company has grown quicker than expected or planned for, and this rapid growth does create a few problems, the biggest one being a shortage of skilled staff to satisfy customers needs and to support the racing efforts. It is impossible to be at the races and the shop at the same time, but racing is an important part of our business, an opportunity to meet new customers, develop new skills and to be honest we enjoy the competition and its what motorcycling and KTM is all about. Each year it becomes more difficult to race and run the shop, The KTM factory recently has given the D3-Racing team more and more opportunity's as the sport of Enduro grows and it's because of this that Julian will take a back seat from the day to day running of the company and concentrate more on racing with the KTM D3-Racing Team and KTM Austria. I am still available to answer all your questions by email but because i will be on the road more travelling to events etc it will be difficult to be in the shop each day, but be assured i will be monitoring what goes on in the shop and assisting them with all their technical needs.
We now can finally introduce and welcome our new company Director Neil Crayston who has competed for years in Trials and now races regularly Supermoto, Neil will take over the day to day running and responsibility of the company with support from Julian and not forgetting Julian's sister Debbie who has just about run the shop herself for the last year. Not only is `Neil starting new but we have a new Parts manager starting called Tim Brown and another mechanic to work alongside our ace technician Chris Byrom. So contrary to rumors Triple-D Motosport is progressing and expanding , we have taken a step back recently to study our situation, and re-invested in new staff to give you a better and faster service. As from October the 1st we shall be open every day of the week again ( last few months we have closed mondays ) and also Saturdays until 3.30pm, with the new staff and the exhisting staff it is hoped that we can achieve many more great results in our sport and also take the shop to a new level, you will start to see many improvements in the shop soon so please call by to meet the new team and a big thank you to all for your loyal support so far from all the staff at Triple-D Motosport.
Julian Stevens.
